I attended a “diversity” panel discussion produced by Diverse Representation and Lionsgate to support a publicist colleague that was speaking. As the discussion continued, I realize these professionals were speaking about great issues I had never considered. A year or two ago, I was asked how I manage diversity as a business woman.
